The only place to pass time in Coimbatore within City limits other than Shopping and Eating, in the VOC park in Coimbatore. The Zoo located in the park is getting a facelift to cater the Summer vacation season. Neglected from any renovation due to the confusion on its location, the Zoo is finally getting some attention and the animals can breathe a sigh of relief especially after the installation of heat absorbing tiles in their roofs which will give some relief to them. The people who are visiting also enjoy the new pathway and enhanced water facilities.
